The hydraulic fluid needs to be replaced once it has run for every 250 hours.

1. Continuously cutting, and the anvil and jaw were too hot;
Solution: To rest and cool the cutting nosepiece after every 5 cuttings.
2. There was metal debris stuck in the nosepiece, which was cut from the collar or tail of the pin.
Solution: Stop using the tool once metal debris is found in the nosepiece and clean the nosepiece for the first time.
